All we ask is that the store you’re comparing us against has stock and is not an auction site (auction sites sometimes carry seconds or ‘replicas’).
We’re confident we are the cheapest men’s underwear site in the UK and won’t be beaten on price. If you do find any of our products cheaper at another UK online retailer or high street store, including postage and customs charges (where applicable), we’ll beat it straight away. (we define a 'UK retailer' as a UK based retailer that ships from the UK)
The product must be identical, grade-A stock, is not at a temporary sale price, not a multi-buy promotion, and is available for immediate home delivery to the UK.
The Boomlad's price promise applies to the full price, including postage offered by other online or high street retailers.

BOOMLADS SHIP WORLDWIDE
We charge a flat rate shipping cost for the UK, no matter how many items you order. For overseas orders we have two bands of postal charges, as detailed below.
EUROPEAN UNION: £5.00 for orders up to £40, £7.50 for orders over £40.
REST OF WORLD: £7.50 for orders up to £40, £10 for orders over £40.
All our orders are shipped in plain packaging with a return address for maximum discretion
SAME DAY SHIPPING
When your payment is received by 2pm we aim to ship the same day, otherwise your order will be dispatched the next working day
• We are unable to ship on weekends and bank holidays
UK orders are dispatched by Royal Mail orders usually arrive 1-3 days after postage.
EUROPE AND WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
Worldwide orders are shipped using Royal Mail Air Mail
• Orders being shipped to Europe typically take between 2-4 days
• Orders being shipped to America and worldwide typically take between 3-10 days to arrive
The Royal Mail will not consider a UK parcel lost until 15 working days have passed from the date of shipment. If at this point you have still not received your parcel please notify us and we will make a claim. As part of the claim process we will email you a declaration that you must sign and return to verify that you have not received the order. Once this has been returned and we have been notified, then and only then are we able to send out a replacement item or refund you your payment.
Very few parcels go missing but due to the possibility of fraud we are bound Royal mail's time line.
Please check with your local sorting office before contacting us about a delivery you have been waiting for over 15 working days.
In the event of an order not arriving due to a customer supplying an address that is not acknowledged by the Royal Mail, and is therefore incorrect, we are unable to replace or refund that order. In such instances we direct the customer to contact the Royal Mail as we are not held liable for such a loss.
NO HASSLE RETURNS
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with you purchase you can return it to us unworn and unopened within 14 days for an exchange or full refund.
When returning goods please package them securely with a note explaining the reason for return including your invoice number or better still the dispatch note.
All sales come with 14 day full refund or exchange guarantee (not including postage). In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, an online gift voucher will be issued
• Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.
• Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Returns from outside the EU need to declare the parcel value as zero - returned goods on the customs declaration
• In the event you have been sent an incorrect or faulty item please follow the above terms but also include a request for reimbursement of your postage costs to return the item.
There is no need to contact us before a return but if you have not received a message confirming receipt within 5 working days please email us to ensure we have received your item
We are not responsible for any merchandise that we do not receive or that is not returned in accordance with the following terms: We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning returned merchandise. Returned items with signs of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.
