Orders made through boomlads.com are subject to acceptance and availability. boomlads.com may choose at any time to cancel your order.
No contract will officially exist between yourself and boomlads.com until your parcel has been despatched.

Offers and Voucher Codes
boomlads.com has the right to end offers at any time.
In the instance that a customer has two or more discount codes they should use the code for the greater amount as discount offers and voucher codes cannot be added together.

Returns Policy

The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 say that you have the right to cancel an order without giving a reason within 7 days.

We will accept returns of goods if returned within 14 days of purchase. Returned items must be in resalable condition.
We will replace defective items with a new version of the same item (if possible), or issue a refund. When returning items, please return the invoice, and indicate the reason for the return. The cost of delivery will only be refunded if the item was received damaged, faulty or if the wrong item was sent.

In the interests of hygiene, no refund or exchange will be made on worn underwear, unless those goods are received in a faulty condition.
